Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's brand promotion and business growth. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, producing innovative marketing collateral, and managing the brand's overall image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in creating tendering proposals for significant business opportunities, supporting sales meetings, and developing marketing collateral to execute proposals.
  • Develop and implement new brand strategies, ensuring consistency with the company's style.
  • Design and implement a marketing strategy, regularly reviewing and updating it to support the company's wider goals.
  • Support the team in creating marketing collateral that aligns with the company's marketing strategy and goals.
  • Plan and develop marketing campaigns, coordinating with the marketing strategy and ensuring alignment with SEO and digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage the ongoing development of the company's website and SEO, including external consultancies providing SEO and website services.
  • Ensure the company achieves value for money in utilizing external consultancies and monitors the effectiveness of SEO and website campaigns.
  • Develop methods to measure the success of campaigns and collateral, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Commission and manage external Creative Marketing Partners, ensuring good value for money and innovative ideas.
  • Analyze competitor performance and position, reporting changes and analysis to the Leadership team.
  • Regularly report on key metrics assessing the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and delivery.
  • Manage advertising, planning, and relationships with media outlets.
  • Organize and represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
  • Manage client and market research projects.
  • Share knowledge and support internal initiatives to enhance staff engagement.
  • Provide monthly marketing updates for the board pack.
  • Benchmark marketing collateral with external collateral, seeking new ideas and creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a marketing discipline or other creative field.
  • Experience in a leading marketing role, preferably in fast-growing businesses within the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Deep understanding of effective digital marketing.
  • Experience managing external digital and marketing consultancies.
  • Evidence of creating innovative marketing collateral.
  • Ability to manage marketing campaigns and produce high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with key departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence, with ability to travel to all group sites when required.
