The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A genuine passion for teaching and learning is essential, alongside experience working within a childcare or Primary setting and a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the class teacher with teaching and learning in the classroom
  • Ensure all children are provided with a safe environment to learn in
  • Run phonics sessions in the class
  • Support pupils with SEN

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Hold Cache/NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working within a childcare or Primary setting
  • Knowledge of EYFS curriculum
  • Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning
  • Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration, and self-esteem of pupils
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
