Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Teaching Assistant in a Lincolnshire school.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and learning, with the ability to support a Reception/Year 1 learner with additional needs on a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday).
About the Role- Support a Reception/Year 1 learner with additional needs throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to lesson planning and delivery, using creative approaches to engage students.
- Plan and deliver tailored support to meet the individual needs of the learner.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- A Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 1, 2 or 3) or at least 3 months of experience working with children.
- A 10-year checkable work/education history.
- Flexibility and confidence in the classroom.
- Experience teaching within the UK curriculum.
The salary for this role is £25,714 - £30,291 per annum (£12.06 - £14.85 per hour), depending on experience.
