About The Knaresborough Inn
The Knaresborough Inn is a picturesque pub set in a stunning location, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Night Porter, you will be part of a team that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, dealing with their enquiries, and serving them in a professional manner.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant, lounge, and toilets, as well as preparing the restaurant for breakfast and putting out the buffet table.
- Additionally, you will be required to patrol the Inn for security checks and follow the department's policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- You will need to be able to work independently, have excellent customer service skills, and be friendly and approachable.
- Upbeat and positive attitude, great communication and organisational skills are also essential for this role.
