We are seeking an experienced Head of Asset Management to join our team at ESP Utilities Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of asset management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital projects, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing distribution networks, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with asset management systems and software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
