Asset Management Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled HV/EHV Asset Management Specialist to join our team at ESP Utilities Group Ltd. As a key member of the asset management team, you will be responsible for ensuring HV and EHV asset adoption and operation meet appropriate standards.

This includes developing and reviewing network management strategies, engaging with industrial partners, conducting asset condition analysis, and supporting ESP asset maintenance programme (electric). The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship management skills, experience in delivering, installing, operating, and maintaining electricity distribution networks up to 132kV, and knowledge of regulatory and HSE frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and reviewing network management strategies to ensure network compliance and effectiveness.
  • Engaging with industrial partners to develop and review generation connection procedures.
  • Conducting asset condition analysis and defect/NCR trend analysis to inform policy decisions.
  • Supporting ESP asset maintenance programme (electric) and service providers in producing safe, compliant, and efficient services.

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
