Job Description:

We are seeking a Domestic Abuse Advisor to join our team at Brook Street UK. The successful candidate will provide confidential and non-judgmental advice and support to individuals who have experienced or are experiencing domestic abuse.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and guidance on domestic abuse, including its signs, symptoms, and effects.
  • Support clients in developing safety plans and accessing local resources.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as social work or psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 per annum
