Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Court Operations Coordinator to join our team at Brook Street UK Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating court operations, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and processed efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
  • Court Clerking: attending face-to-face hearings and facilitating remote court proceedings via Microsoft Teams.
  • Preparing documents for cases, including drafting court orders and other relevant paperwork.
  • Liaising with parties involved in the court process, including litigants, solicitors, and barristers.
  • Processing court orders and uploading documents onto electronic systems and databases.
  • Scanning documents and transferring files as required.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in a court or legal environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
