Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Secretary to join our Conveyancing team in Westerham on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in property/conveyancing practices and be comfortable working as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Production of documents, including typing of correspondence, land registry applications, ordering documents, and searching for fee earners.
  • Preparation and submission of SDLT returns, management of data rooms, creation of engrossment documents (hard copy and PDF), and scanning of documents.
  • Administration of DocuSign on behalf of clients when necessary, assisting with completions, opening and closing files, and preparing bills.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Property/Conveyancing Secretary with excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office package.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and multitask, with a background in property development or commercial development desirable but not essential.
Working Arrangements

This is an office-based part-time position with flexibility over working days. Parking is available, and the location is lovely.

Estimated salary: £29,000 per annum (pro rata)
