About the Company:

The Recruitment Bunker is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the automotive sector. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality candidates to our clients, and we're now looking for a highly skilled Lead Analysis Engineer to join our team in Coventry.

As a Lead Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of vehicles meets our high standards. You will work closely with the Quality Director to create and implement Vehicle Quality Standards, benchmarking processes, and audit non-conformances.

This is a new position, offering the opportunity to shape the Vehicle Quality Standard content and appearance. You will have the chance to work on various projects, including creating and implementing databases and systems for capturing, recording, and analysing recorded information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of inspectors and auditors
  • Support recruitment and training of new members of the inspection and audit team
  • Work with production to ensure all vehicles meet the complete vehicle quality standard
  • Develop the complete vehicle quality standard format and content

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering higher level qualification or related discipline
  • Proven experience in an auditing role, static and dynamic audits, working on vehicle Quality Assurance within the automotive industry within an OEM
  • Knowledge of Inspection and auditing processes
  • Experience of creating and implementing databases and systems for capturing, recording, and analysing recorded information
  • Ability to create and capture processes and work instructions
