* Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting).*
* Hands-on inspection experience with a proactive, improvement-oriented mind-set.*
* Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and use standard gauges effectively.*
* Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with machined components.*
