Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our client in the South West area.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year's PQE in employment law and be able to handle a full caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Tribunal work for employees and businesses
- Settlement agreements

- Policy and procedures
- Due diligence, corporate support
- Restrictive covenant and related issues
The successful candidate will enjoy working with a highly varied client base and providing sound commercial and legal advice.

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you will need:
- A minimum of one year's PQE in employment law
