The successful candidate will be responsible for commercial management of projects, including contract terms, negotiation, subcontractor procurement, payment applications, cash collection, agreement of variations, and final accounts.

With a strong focus on budget monitoring and forecasting, the ideal candidate will have experience dealing commercially with both sub-contractors and clients, as well as reviewing contracts and providing commercial reporting.
