Job Description

Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated professional to join our team as a Studio Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors
  • Handle email correspondence, filing, and company records
  • Order supplies and liaise with suppliers and consultants
  • Keep the studio calendar and office database updated
  • Ensure the office remains tidy and organized
  • Manage staff development, appraisals, and office events
  • Administer HR policies, recruitment, and contracts
  • Manage financial tasks, including reconciling accounts and managing invoice payments
  • Handle payroll and liaise with accountants regarding VAT and pensions
  • Provide project support as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Apple OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Xero accounting software
  • Experience in Datamolino and WordPress a plus
