We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated professional to join our team as a Studio Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors
- Handle email correspondence, filing, and company records
- Order supplies and liaise with suppliers and consultants
- Keep the studio calendar and office database up-to-date
- Ensure the office remains tidy and organized
- Manage staff development, appraisals, and office events
- Administer HR policies, recruitment, and contracts
- Manage financial tasks, including reconciling accounts and managing invoice payments
- Provide project support as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Apple OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Xero accounting software
- Experience in Datamolino and WordPress a plus
