About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. As a Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients with haematological cancers and solid tumours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer systemic anti-cancer therapy and supportive treatments
  • Assist with Holistic Needs Assessments
  • Complete UKONS triage and assessments
  • Provide care for acute oncological and haematological emergencies
  • Interact with practitioners from other departments
  • Educate patients in the management of their care
Requirements
  • NMC registered and a qualified nurse
  • UKONS SACT passport (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 6 months SACT administration experience
  • Proficient in phlebotomy, cannulation, and accessing Central Venous Access Devices
  • Competent in UKONS triage
