**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Rota Management Specialist to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with a positive and solution-focused attitude.

This is a full-time opportunity to join our Medicine and Emergency Care division, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems and processes to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and co-ordinating all medical/nursing rotas across the Directorate
  • Co-ordinating, logging, and monitoring all types of leave for medical/nursing staff
  • Acting as the first point of contact for issues relating to Junior Doctors or nurses

**Salary**: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
