Job Information

Elior is seeking a skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team in Central London. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing commercial initiatives and implementing changes to maximize sales and profit for Elior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Commercial Optimisation Manager in analyzing commercial initiatives and implementing changes.
  • Develop strong relationships with operations, finance, and IT teams.
  • Optimize the analysis process to identify improvement opportunities and report on key metrics.
  • Present performance, recommendations, and strategy to senior teams.
  • Collaborate with menu management and operations teams for effective information flow.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel/pivot tables for data analysis and manipulation.
  • High attention to detail for organizing data for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing information databases and reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Experience with cross-functional data assimilation and project implementation to improve customer experience.
