About the Role:

This position involves working as a locum supervising social worker for a home-based workforce and charity that provides therapeutic fostering services. As an Outstanding Ofsted provider, we operate in Nottinghamshire, Central and South Derbyshire, or North Leicestershire.

The ideal candidate will reside in one of these areas and have experience working with children looked after and their foster carers or in a children's team. They must be registered with the HCPC.

Responsibilities:

  • Work remotely visiting foster carers and families when required.

Key Benefits:

  • A minimum 6-month full-time locum contract with low caseloads.
  • Remote working with a robust induction process.
  • Ongoing supervision and support from a management team.
  • Mileage reimbursement: 0.45 per mile door-to-door.

  • Hourly rate: £30 per hour.
