About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Infrastructure team. As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for developing, updating, and managing construction programmes to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in creating a safe working environment.
  • Update and maintain construction programmes, ensuring a robust and realistic schedule that reflects project risks and opportunities.
  • Review and develop the preferred construction sequence, considering project-wide constraints to confirm the duration in the overall scheme schedule.
  • Facilitate construction readiness planning and arrange collaborative planning sessions with clients and the supply chain.
  • Cost-load schedules and generate Earned Value Analysis as required.
  • Produce programme metrics and update schedules monthly.
  • Analyse the schedule based on the effects of compensation events or other events affecting the programme.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and assess their programme submissions.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual with a solid track record of planning major civils projects in a highways and public realm setting. You will need experience working in the contracting environment, with the ability to build programmes independently and report using industry-standard tools such as P6, Asta, and MS Project.
