About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Infrastructure team. As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in developing, updating, and managing construction programmes to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in creating a safe working environment
  • Update and maintain construction programmes, ensuring a robust and realistic schedule that reflects project risks and opportunities
  • Review and develop preferred construction sequences, considering project-wide constraints to confirm duration in the overall scheme schedule
  • Facilitate construction readiness planning and arrange collaborative planning sessions with clients and supply chain partners
  • Cost-load schedules and generate Earned Value Analysis as required
  • Produce programme metrics and monthly updates
  • Analyse schedule impacts from compensation events and other project changes
  • Liaise with subcontractors and assess their programme submissions
About You

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual with a solid track record of planning major civils projects in highways and public realm settings. You will need experience working in contracting environments, building programmes independently, and reporting using industry-standard tools such as P6, Asta, and MS Project.
