We are seeking a Senior Financial Planner to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, and manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Financial Planner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
