Stantec is a leading consultancy firm working on some of the world's most exciting and complex dams and hydro projects. We are growing rapidly and seek an experienced Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to contribute to the development of cutting-edge dams, hydropower, and pumped storage hydro solutions.
  • We are looking for someone with extensive experience in managing large-scale water resources projects, including design and development of dams and hydropower solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for sustainable energy.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, gym membership, and flexible working arrangements.

About You:
  • You will be degree qualified and hold or be working towards a relevant project management qualification.
  • Experience working within a contractor organisation or on Design and Build projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • You will embody and support our values of client focus, designing with community in mind, collaboration, and service excellence.
