Join Our Team:

We are seeking a talented Visual Interpreter to join our mission-driven team at WeWALK. As a Visual Interpreter, you will provide live, on-demand visual support to WeASSIST customers via video calls, interpreting visual information accurately and effectively to meet customer needs.

About the Role:

You will work closely with Product and Technology teams to enhance the WeASSIST platform, contributing valuable insights to improve our services. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training to develop and refine your visual interpretation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Live Visual Support: Provide accurate and effective visual interpretation in response to customer needs via video calls.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Product and Technology teams to enhance the WeASSIST platform and contribute valuable insights.
  • Maintain Data Confidentiality: Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards when interacting with customers.
Requirements:
  • Native or Bilingual English Speaker: Strong verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer Service Background: Background in customer service or call center experience is advantageous.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps speed, Windows 11 or Mac OS Ventura 13.0 or higher computer system, wired headphones with noise-canceling microphone, and dedicated quiet workspace.
