We are seeking a dedicated and experienced support worker to join our team at a local SEMH school in Horncastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work with children who require additional support, using their skills and experience to help these young people thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and be part of a supportive and inclusive environment.

**About the Role:**

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement learning plans
  • Assist students with daily living tasks and provide emotional support when needed

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this role is £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we also offer a range of benefits, including:
