Austin Fraser is proud to support our local SEMH school in Horncastle, which is seeking a number of talented Teaching Assistants to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact on the lives of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful candidate will work on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, with the option to extend or become permanent. Our school values its staff and offers a supportive and inclusive environment, where every employee feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

This is a full-time position, with working hours to be discussed during the interview process. We welcome applications from individuals who are flexible and able to commit to full days, with a minimum of two days per week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students with SEMH needs
  • Assisting teaching staff with lesson planning and delivery
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote student engagement and participation

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000- £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
