Job Description

The Part-Time Human Resources Lead will play a key role in driving employee performance through the delivery of HR programmes and implementing qualified, best practice and innovative people practices. This position is an additional head due to growth and requires someone with excellent up-to-date knowledge of HR and UK legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong, pragmatic and professional CIPD graduate Level 5 or above
  • 5 years' experience in a high-calibre generalist role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

The ideal candidate will have a clear concise communication style, proven skills in relationship building, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work flexibly and adapt to differing situations.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of employee benefits programs, including flexible working arrangements, a generous holiday allowance, and access to training and development opportunities.
