Job Title: Front of House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of front of house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front of house management role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
