About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing 24/7 care and support to our service user. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, managing challenging behaviors, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support the service user with managing challenging behaviors and emotions
  • Encourage and promote independence, enabling the service user to live a fulfilling life
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide 24/7 care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
