Join Our Team as an Internal Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our Talent Team at g2 Recruitment. As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting our ambitious growth plans by attracting and hiring top talent across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and hire graduates and experienced Recruitment Consultants who have the potential to become our next Top Biller and future leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers in each office to identify and select the best candidates.
  • Organize Assessment Centres and build relationships with universities to source top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process from identifying prospects through to interview stage and final onboarding.
  • Write and post job adverts on all job boards, manage social media platforms, review CVs, and select suitable candidates.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and work proactively to anticipate the needs of the business.
