**Reports to**: Talent Acquisition Lead

**Location**:Manchester M22 5LW (Hybrid working available)

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, 9am to 5.30pm, 60-minute lunch

**Salary**: Up to £24k DOE + resourcing bonus

**Focus of the role**:
Due to recent growth, we have a new and exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join our team. Reporting into Talent Acquisition Lead, you will take ownership of the day-to-day recruitment administration such as coordinating interviews, formatting job ads, advertising vacancies and taking ownership of the onboarding process from offer acceptance through to first day.

A recruitment bonus is available per direct hire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formatting job adverts and advertising job openings on careers page, job boards, social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Competitor market research
- Keeping track of our internal ATS and maintaining the system
- Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
- Developing a pool of engaged talent for future hiring needs
