Are you a passionate and driven HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact at PTW? We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and support the development of HR policies and procedures.

This role is focused on providing administrative support, handling employee relations, and contributing to the smooth operation of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee data, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including absence and health issues, conduct and capability, and grievances.
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with the management team and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Overseeing employment law-related matters, including complex investigations.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely guidance and advice is issued to all employees, in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving employee relations issues, while upholding a positive work environment.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees, including contractual documentation and inductions.
  • Supporting the performance appraisal process, including reviewing performance standards and monitoring evaluations.
  • Providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
  • Advising and coaching managers on company policies and processes, ensuring compliance.
  • Assisting in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Suggesting new procedures and policies for improving employee experience and the efficiency of the HR department.
  • Participating in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics and ongoing reports.
  • Providing backup support for payroll processing, including updates.
  • Championing a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Staying informed about changes to employment legislation and ensuring compliance with national regulations and applicable employment laws.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
  • CIPD – Level 3 desirable.
