About the Role

The Work Experience Team at eTeach UK Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Work Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating high-quality work placement opportunities for learners on 16-19 study programmes. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with employers, ensuring that our learners participate in productive and engaging work experience programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with learners, employers, and curriculum staff to ensure seamless coordination of work placements
  • Actively seek new, high-quality placement opportunities that align with our learners' needs and career goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to ensure successful hosting of students on work placements
  • Provide excellent communication, administration, and interpersonal skills to support the work experience team
  • Contribute positively and creatively to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work experience programmes

  • Sound organizational skills with the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
