About the Role:


As a Field Care Supervisor at Agincare, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for providing support and guidance to clients and staff on a daily basis.



Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and check the health and well-being of clients and staff through face-to-face visits, phone calls, and reviewing care records
  • Undertake assessments and re-assessments of care needs to ensure that care plans reflect individual requirements and are person-centred
  • Safeguard clients against the risk of abuse and ensure that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely
  • Conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development
  • Participate in on-call duties and may be required to work weekends

What We're Looking For:



  • A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
  • Excellent organisational and self-motivation skills
