  • Performance Monitoring: Perform on-site observations and evaluations of care worker practices as part of routine supervision or in response to performance concerns.\
  • Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.\
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to new care workers to ensure their competence and confidence in delivering exceptional care.\

  • Care Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality care are maintained across all services, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.\

  • Care User Engagement: Foster positive relationships with our service users, their families, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.\

Requirements:

  • Care Experience: Proven experience in conducting initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users, whether in their homes or in other settings such as hospitals, residential, or nursing homes.\
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care services.\
  • Collaboration: Collaborative approach to working with service users, their families, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others to ensure seamless delivery of comprehensive, holistic care packages.\
  • Care Knowledge: Strong understanding of care principles, policies, and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.\
