Administration Assistant

The Role:

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Accounts Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and distributing incoming accounts payable emails
  • Preparing and sending invoices for authorisation
  • Processing accounts payable invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating the monthly GBP payment run
  • Handling petty cash and maintaining a secure and accurate record of transactions
  • Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records
  • Ordering stationery and supplies as needed

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
  • Working knowledge of Business Central (in-house system) is an advantage
