Exciting Opportunity for a New Homes Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new home sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients on site, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager, driving business growth and success.
  • Secure sales of properties within budget, ensuring seamless sales administration processes.
  • Collate and analyze competitor sales data, market trends, and advertising effectiveness.
  • Submit regular progress reports to the Sales Manager, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor survey feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Manage legal completion dates, exchange of contracts, and sales incentive plans, ensuring smooth sales processes.
  • Update, monitor, and run reports from the CRM system, Site Stream, and other relevant tools.
  • Ensure sales literature accuracy, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain awareness of local employment and market trends, staying informed about relevant developments.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties for the show home and sales office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Relationships:
  • Internal: Site Team, Customer Care Team, Surveyors, Architects, and office-based staff.
  • External: Clients, Surveyors, Financial Advisors, Solicitors, and other external stakeholders.
Reporting Structure:

Reports to the Sales Manager/Sales Director, ensuring clear lines of communication and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Good level of general education, including Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in new homes sales is essential, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Flexible approach to working, including weekend working, to meet business needs.
