Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Pettigrew Recruitment Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the process from initial enquiry to property handover.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet clients on site to provide exceptional customer service.
- Qualify client requirements and provide demonstrations of the show home to showcase our luxury properties.
- Assist clients throughout the process with their selections and choices to ensure a seamless experience.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Leadership Team to drive business growth.
- Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor the general presentation of the site and report any non-compliance to maintain high standards.
- Collate and research competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends, and advertising to stay ahead of the competition.
- Submit regular progress and update reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Visit clients to view the show home out of hours when necessary to accommodate their needs.
- Monitor entry dates, conclusion of missives, sales incentive plans, and packages to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Observe Health & Safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in new build homes sales is essential to succeed in this role.
- A flexible approach to working, including weekend working, is required to meet the demands of the job.
- Evidence of working towards and achieving sales targets is necessary to demonstrate your ability to drive results.
- Strong relationship-building skills are crucial to build trust with clients and achieve sales success.
