Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison for client communications.
- Facilitate meetings with clients to assess account performance.
- Work closely with the India team to propose financial strategies derived from accounting insights.
- Deliver advisory services aimed at enhancing client business operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data to uphold client trust.
- Detect and mitigate financial irregularities such as money laundering.
Account Oversight
- Guarantee precise and prompt invoicing and payment collection.
- Collaborate with the India team to manage billing timelines and client payments, engaging directly with clients as needed.
- Standardize and refresh client engagement documentation.
Operational Leadership
- Provide updates during monthly meetings as necessary.
- Refine processes by adopting industry best practices.
- Oversee UK-based accounting and administrative personnel when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends through professional development opportunities.
Business Development
- Assist the Business Development Director in securing new clients. Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and develop proposals with the Director's assistance.
- Broaden service offerings to current clients through various engagement points.
