As a Duty Manager - Team Leader with Select Service Partner UK Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service
- Monitor and maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere that meets customer expectations
- Guide and support colleagues to ensure a safe working and dining environment
- Oversee unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, promoting inclusivity and motivation
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, communicating effectively and making thoughtful decisions to drive team success
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in a hospitality or retail role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
