Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) and various benefits including pension and holiday buying options.
Job Description
As a Support Worker with Mencap, you will play a vital role in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and working collaboratively with a diverse group of people to enhance their well-being.
