The Catering Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of Hebron Hall's catering services.

This includes managing kitchen operations, ordering stock, negotiating costs with suppliers, portion control, and ensuring all meals meet nutritional and dietary needs of guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Operations Management - menu planning, portion control, and stock management, as well as negotiating supplier costs and food safety compliance.
  • Team Leadership - recruiting, training, and managing the kitchen team, including chefs and agency kitchen staff.
  • Catering Operations for Residential Groups & Events - overseeing catering for residential groups according to event schedules.
  • Financial Management - developing the catering budget and monitoring expenses, conducting stock takes, managing deliveries, and rotating stock.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in catering or kitchen management, preferably in a large-scale operation or within the non-profit/Christian sector.
