Hebron Hall is seeking a highly skilled Catering Manager to lead their catering services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including ordering stock, negotiating costs with suppliers, portion control, and ensuring all meals meet nutritional and dietary needs of guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Culinary Operations Management - managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, portion control, and stock management.
- Team Leadership & Development - recruiting, training, and managing the kitchen team, including chefs and agency kitchen staff.
- Catering Operations for Residential Groups & Events - overseeing catering for residential groups in accordance with event schedules.
- Financial Management - developing the catering budget and monitoring expenses, conducting stock takes, managing deliveries, and rotating stock.
Competitive salary £35,000-£40,000 per annum based on experience.
