Technical Trainer - Line Up Aviation has an opportunity for a Contract Systems Trainer.


The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the LGW training plans and achieve this through observations, training and coaching that develop consistency in the company's training delivery. The Location will be London Gatwick Airport (Onsite) with a 12-month contract, Monday to Friday shifts, and IR35 Status inside. Security Clearance is required to obtain a Gatwick Airside pass.


The Technical Trainer will be responsible for the delivery of all technical training to the company's Part 145 staff, ensuring the training is delivered to the highest industry standards. This includes but is not limited to:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of all technical training associated with desired business needs.
  • Continuation Training including HF, FTS and EWIS theoretical and practical training.
  • Preparation of technical training and continuous improvement of current courses.
  • Development of instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
  • Extensive ability to develop and deliver training material using various methods (classroom based, eLearning, Virtual etc).
  • Delivery of technical training in a practical manner.
  • Strong organisational skills to build and deliver effective training programmes to meet organisational and operational needs.

Qualifications:



  • Hold UK/EASA Part 66 Licence / Aerospace Engineering degree or have experience in aircraft technical training.
  • Must have experience in aircraft engineering or working within an MRO environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Office 365.
  • Appropriate professional recognised training certificate.
