Job Overview

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to Part 145 staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and EASA regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of aircraft engineering principles and the ability to develop and deliver training programs that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical training programs for Part 145 staff, including HF, FTS, and EWIS theoretical and practical training.
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training needs are met.

Requirements

  • Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree.
  • Have experience in aircraft technical training or a related field.
  • Be conversant with EASA regulations and industry standards.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
