We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at Design Careers Associates Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our document management systems and providing excellent support to our design team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our electronic document management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date filing and retrieval of documents.
  • Process and distribute documents, including letters, reports, and presentations, using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Provide administrative support to our design team, including data entry, record-keeping, and data organization.
  • Develop and maintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective document management.
  • Liaise with internal staff, remote working staff, and external clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administration and communication skills, with a confident telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional flexible working hours as required.
