Bicycle Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative medicines for underserved diseases. As a Senior Director of Pharmacology and Drug Metabolism, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of scientists in the discovery and development of novel therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide scientific leadership in pharmacology and drug metabolism across all stages of our portfolio.
- Oversee the quality and performance of all DMPK activities, including interactions with external CROs and internal project stakeholders.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to inform our understanding of bicyclic peptide distribution, metabolism, and excretion.
- Work closely with our discovery and regulatory teams to author and review DMPK-related IND documents.
- Manage DMPK budgets for CROs and monitor their performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data.
- PhD in a relevant scientific discipline, such as drug metabolism, pharmacology, or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Significant experience working on DMPK drug discovery and/or development projects with a track record of successful delivery.
- Ability to adapt your working style to suit different cultures and partner expectations in both remote and office-based environments.
- Nice-to-have: experience on radio-pharm projects.
