Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars and appointments, handling phone calls and communications, and filing and data entry.
- Coordinate meetings and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial data.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and utilize Google Suite for document management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and Google suite.
- Previous administration experience.
