About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the Health Visiting Service, working closely with clinical staff, parents, schools, and other external organizations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Health Visiting Service, including maintaining databases and booking systems.
  • Assist with the coordination of appointments and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clinical staff, parents, and external organizations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, and families accessing our services.

Requirements

  • Relevant administration experience within an office environment.
  • Experience maintaining a database or booking system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict situations.
  • Flexible working attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
