About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Assistant to join our team at ONLY FE. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting lecturers and students in a practical working environment, issuing kits, uniforms, products, equipment, and stock
  • Facilitating the smooth operation of the salon, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of health and safety
  • Contributing to the development of the commercial offer within the Spa Academy and driving recruitment through sustained links with schools

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing (or equivalent) as well as Level 2 English and Maths. You must also possess excellent customer service skills and experience in stock control and health and safety at work.
